John Bova

John joined BTS in 2019 after an impressive 22 year career at Chubb.  He served as the Vice President, Personal Lines Manager, with oversight responsibility for a $300MM+ in written premium in the state of Connecticut.  He spent many years in agency development and grew the Connecticut portfolio to over 140 appointed agents.  John has demonstrated experience in the high net worth insurance industry as well as his commitment to exceptional customer service is a natural fit for BTS.  As Vice President of Operations he is able to leverage his knowledge to assist customers with their complex insurance needs.

John was a student athlete at University of New Haven and graduated with honors in 1992.  He lives in Trumbull with his wife Alice and their two children, Gabrielle and Johnny.  When not work working, John can be found spending time in the outdoors or coaching baseball.
